I suffer from an actual brain disorder called Misophonia and it´s really annoying. Basically I get angry and irritated when someone is like chewing to loud, I just hate the sound of a jaw mowing up and down and mashing food. Ughhh. And when people are breathing like they´re about to die when there basically doing nothing. It just sounds like they've run a five mile marathon while sitting on a chair. All kinds of slurping, crunching, coughing like I can´t even describe it I just get so furious hahaha. It´s not just annoying, misophoniacs find these trigger noises waaay beyond annoying. You get this feeling of despair, feeling of frustration to violent rage, you get this need to flee from the noise and you have a inability to focus on anything but the noise or person making the noise. I usually panic a little and then I just wanna punch something haha and after you feel guilt or anger towards yourself for having all of these thoughts and feelings. Yes, I´m guilty for some of these sounds like leg-tapping but that doesn't change the fact that I hate it myself. My ears are basically drama queens with a hatred of sounds.
