I´m testing some new stuff to cook. Been doing a lot of different root vegetables in the oven but I added some boiled beetroots today and it was sooo good! My hands were red for about an hour after haha....well well. Bought some Pak choi (first picture) and put the bottom with the other root vegetables and then I just salted and oiled the leaves and put them in the oven for a short while and they became like crisps! They were soo good! Made some sirloin steak and asparagus with pine nuts as well.
